RETURNS & EXCHANGESHow can I return a purchased item?
You may exchange or return any product purchased from Psycho Unlimited by following the instructions below. This department operates Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. All emails will be answered within 24 business hours, excluding weekends and all major U.S. holidays. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for responses during big restocks and new launches.
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, or appear to have been damaged by the customer. Any defective or damaged merchandise must be reported to our customer service team before returning so we can handle the situation on a case by case basis.
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sales items.
- We do not provide return labels unless your order was incorrect or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us for further information on returning if you received an incorrect or damaged order.
In the event you need to return a product, this must be completed within 30 days of your order date.
Please include a note in your return package with the following necessary information:
- Items you want exchanged or refunded
- Address to send shipment back to in the case of an exchange, if different then original shipping address
- Your order number (Example: #1001).
- If possible, also include the original packing slip, which serves as your receipt.

USAOnce your return shipment reaches our facility, our team will contact you to confirm the return or exchange. If a return is requested, we will process the refund for the full amount of the item and any applicable tax (MINUS SHIPPING FEES) back onto the original card used to purchase the product. The return/exchange process can take anywhere from 1-2 business days. At any time during that process our customer service team will be there to help answer questions.

How much is shipping ?
Once you have added items into your shopping cart - and selected your shipping location - it will automatically calculate your shipping rates. Please note that shipping is calculated on the total weight of items, location and shipping service.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
- If you place your order before 12:00pm CT on a business day, we aim to have it shipped the same day.
- Orders placed before 12:00pm CT on a business day via UPS 2nd Day Air & UPS Next Day air are guaranteed to ship same day.
- For faster delivery, upgrade your shipping method, but note: not all delivery methods are available to all areas.
*NOTE: during new releases, holidays, etc. there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time.
How long does shipping take?
Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:
- Total distance between us and you
- Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international shipment
- What delivery method you select
ESTIMATED transit times are as follows. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Please note that certain mail carriers may experience delivery delays due to high shipping volumes. For any time sensitive orders we suggest picking the UPS option at checkout.
UPS Ground - 1 to 5 business days ( see map below for transit times based on shipping location)
UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 business days
UPS Next Day Air - 1 business day
USPS First Class & Priority Mail Services:
Please note that the United States Postal Service does not guarantee specific day delivery for USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail, and as a result we cannot guarantee arrival time for those services. The USPS has experienced extensive & wide ranging delays and we do not recommend these services if you are in need of your package by a certain date.
US MILITARY & DIPLOMATIC SHIPMENTS
We ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations! Your order will arrive via USPS but arrival may be delayed based on location.
CANADA SHIPMENTS
USPS First Class International: The current transit time is approx. 7 business days. This does not include the time packages might be held at customs. Unfortunately we can't guarantee an on time delivery via USPS International services at this point.
For any time sensitive orders were suggest picking the DHL Express option at checkout.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
USPS First Class International: The current transit time is approx. 14-21 business days. This does not include the time packages might be held at customs. Unfortunately we can't guarantee an on time delivery via USPS International services at this point.
For any time sensitive orders were suggest picking the DHL Express option at checkout.
If your order is shipping outside of the US, you are likely to be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, etc.) before delivery can be completed. The shipping charges applied to your order do not include customs fees. For any issues regarding customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. These fees cannot be refunded, as they are not charged by us. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned.
Unfortunately we are unable to estimate customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. The delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, please be aware that some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.
Please be familiar with the customs charges in your country before you order.
We are not responsible for orders lost or mishandled by foreign postal carriers nor any additional customs or duties charges which may be applied by your country of residence.Please note: Due to International shipping laws, we cannot declare merchandise as a 'Gift' on customs forms.
